OK to Good Condition, the lights do not work, it looks like someone did some soldering underneath, not very well, and also dinged up the top edges trying to pry off the tops to access the light bulbs inside. I did see some other broken parts I took photos, they all roll nicely.
The couplers have a small piece of wire around them keeping them from being opened, these can be removed, one of the couplers is has the release broken off, there is a picture of that too.
