It was only used in a smoke-free home studio, and comes in the original box with power supply, software, and setup guide. The unit itself has a sticker on the bottom that has model number 9900-65265-20 Rev B. The box and registration card have the same serial number, but show model number 9900-65171-10 Rev E.
