It comes with the card reader, re-writable card, installation CD-ROM, USB cord, manual, and a larger copy of the manual. The Box is in very good condition overall and was working well when last used. Note: this device is only compatible with computers running Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP. We tried hooking it up to our computer running Windows 7, but it wasn't able to download a compatible driver for it.
