Vtg Antique Estate Cameo Pin Brooch 1 1/4" Inches Round Rose Gold? Carved Shell

This listing is for a lovely vintage cameo brooch. It measures about 1 1/4" inches in diameter and has a beautiful carving of a woman on the front. We are not sure if this is rose gold. It comes from an estate collection that included quite a bit of fine gold and silver jewelry. The cameo has a stamp on the back of the metal, but we can't exactly make out what it says.
