Meerschaum Tobacco Smoking Pipe Female Bust Amber Stem

This listing is for an antique meerschaum tobacco pipe. It depicts an elegantly dressed Victorian female bust. Her garments, hair, face, and teeth are masterfully carved. The pipe measures about 5 3/4" inches long by 2 3/4" inches high. It has a rich, even reddish-brown patina and there is no damage to the meerschaum. It has no maker's marks. The amber stem doesn't seem to unscrew and we didn't want to force it. It has a gold plated band which looks to have been a repair where the stem joins the pipe. It's marked "Christeson 18CT G.P." The case is stamped "Genuine Meerschaum Warranted" and shows moderate wear. This listing has no reserve price so don't miss your chance to win!
