The work was purchased in 1991 after which it was matted and framed. The artist's name is found in the lower left hand corner and appears to be H. Callahan. The area within the matting measures 19" inches wide by 23 1/4" inches high. The frame measures 28 1/2" inches wide by 32 1/2" inches high.
